Key Responsibilities:
- Exclusively member calls - potentially member calls in the future
- General inquires that come in
- Mostly inbound calls - occasionally making outbound calls as needed for projects or if the inbound call requires them to make an outbound call for any reason
- Average 25 calls per day
- Continuous training, knowledge checks, team meeting
- Skills-Call center experience
- Must be good in computer applications
- High school diploma required
