Project Administrator III

Pay Range: $21-$31/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • LMS Administration & Data Management (SuccessFactors)
  • Build and maintain courses, programs, and curricula in SuccessFactors LMS.
  • Manage user data, rosters, completions, and schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues.
  • Run reports and ensure accurate tracking of learning activities.
  • Ensure timely and precise execution of all LMS-related tasks.
  • Manage logistics for in-person and virtual learning sessions.
  • Coordinate materials, supplies, and A/V inventory for learning events.
  • Maintain and organize the GLLD mailbox, responding to inquiries and routing communications appropriately.
  • Support scheduling and calendar management for learning programs.
  • Prepare documents and presentations for meetings and training sessions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a growth mindset in a changing environment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 2–3 years of experience in LMS administration or learning program coordination.
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors LMS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
