Pay Range: $33 - $57/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care for a variety of medical conditions.
• Collaborate closely with providers, care teams, and patients to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Serve as a patient advocate — providing education, comfort, and clarity to patients and their families.
• Document assessments, care plans, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and shared governance initiatives.
• Mentor and support peers through collaboration, leadership, and professionalism.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse .
• Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
• BLS Certification (AHA required)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to professional development and compassionate patient care
