Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures according to established protocols
- Prepare and calculate accurate doses of radiopharmaceuticals
- Position patients and operate gamma cameras for optimal imaging
- Monitor radiation safety for patients, staff, and self
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients and families using AIDET
- Work Shift & Schedule: Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Skills-Graduate of accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology Program
- ARRT (N) or NMTCB (CNMT) certification required
- Texas Medical Board (MRT) license required
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Hospital nuclear medicine experience preferred
