Pay Range: $23 - $25/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with coordination of FDA-regulated clinical trials
• Support PIs and clinical research staff with daily study operations
• Maintain accurate research documentation and study records
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR/EMR) and research databases
• Assist with participant safety, compliance, and confidentiality
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
• Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP), HIPAA, and institutional policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional clinical and research teams

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s Degree OR 2 years of experience in an ambulatory or acute healthcare setting
• Current BLS certification (required prior to start)
• Willingness to obtain IATA/DOT certification prior to start
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with electronic systems or willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clinical research or clinical trials exposure
• Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, or LVN background
• Familiarity with GCP, FDA regulations, and HIPAA
