Clinical Trial Research Coordinator I – Entry Level
Immediate need for a talented Clinical Trial Research Coordinator I – Entry Level. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Oakland, CA(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $23 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordination of FDA-regulated clinical trials
- Support PIs and clinical research staff with daily study operations
- Maintain accurate research documentation and study records
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR/EMR) and research databases
- Assist with participant safety, compliance, and confidentiality
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP), HIPAA, and institutional policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional clinical and research teams
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s Degree OR 2 years of experience in an ambulatory or acute healthcare setting
- Current BLS certification (required prior to start)
- Willingness to obtain IATA/DOT certification prior to start
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with electronic systems or willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Clinical research or clinical trials exposure
- Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, or LVN background
- Familiarity with GCP, FDA regulations, and HIPAA
