Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to enrol members in Case Management.
- Create cases in TureCare for members that are being enrolled.
- Staff are expected to maintain an average of 60-70 calls per day to be successful in this PC role.
- 30 cases daily
- 5- 10 referrals.
- Skills-Enrollment, Medicaid/Medicare, Member outreach, Sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years managed care setting, medical office or facility setting with demonstration of medical administration duties.
- Experience working in a high call environment.
- Costumer service.
- Sales.
- High School diploma/GED.
- Microsoft Office Skills.
