Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute web-based initiatives for multiple divisions to ensure consistent and strategic messaging.
• Manage the flow of content across all corporate digital properties in partnership with cross-divisional teams.
• Support the clarity, accessibility, and effectiveness of ***’s corporate communications.
• Create, administer, and publish digital content across corporate web platforms.
• Review and ensure quality and accuracy of all published materials.
• Maintain site standards in accordance with brand guidelines and user experience recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may affect effective content publishing.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and address inconsistencies within digital content.
• Collaborate with digital product owners, front-end and back-end developers, and other stakeholders.
• Support ongoing documentation, content audits, and scheduled updates for regular releases.
• Create, refine, and assign backlog requests, ensuring each request is directed to the appropriate site lead for further action or delegation.
• Regularly interact with client leads and management teams to discuss content requests, business areas, and shifting priorities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Project Manager, Drupal, Jira and Wrike
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with content management systems, with demonstrated expertise in Drupal or other CMS platforms.
• 4-6 years of experience with HTML and CSS, including troubleshooting and optimizing web performance and accessibility.
• Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (such as WCAG 2.1)
• 2-4 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
• 2-3 years of experience using project management and workflow tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Monday.com, or Asana).
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.
• Experience with digital media, marketing, and website development, including search engine optimization (SEO) and content governance.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (such as Client Analytics) and the ability to interpret data.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change, learn new technologies, and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills.
• Experience in digital communications, including web and marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 6-7 years of experience in Project Management.
• Must have experience with project management systems such as Jira, Wrike, or similar.
• Must be able to analyze and interpret data.
• Must be able to support managing project timelines, documentation, and content audits.
• Must have good communication skills to work with clients and management teams.
