Change Management Specialist

Pay Range: $28 - $29/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• HYBRID POSITION - 5 DAYS ON SITE REQUIRED for first 30 days and potentially longer depending on training needs. Following training, Candidates will be required in office 3 days per week.
• Opening new accounts for all Institutional Client Groups (ICG) customers, minimizing risk by gathering all required documentation prior to opening new accounts.
• Develops and maintains knowledge on, IRS Website, Knowledge base, Native Hogan, OnBase, and WebKYC database.
• Building strong working relationships with the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Service Specialist
• We want to make sure the providers are identifying candidates who understand this is a ‘relationship’ servicing role.
• We are looking for employees who desire to stay a full year in the role (at minimum) and would be willing to consider a permanent role if offered (no guarantee).
• Please communicate to the candidates that the employees need to arrange for any time-off with the hiring manager and get approval before taking time off.
• Even if you offer a PTO to your contract employees, we would like them to ask the hiring manager for approval to take time off.
• Unfortunately, our experience in the past is the contractors informed us they were taking vacation without getting approval from the site manager, leaving us short staffed.

 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Risk management, Documentation, Finance/banking industry
• Candidates will interview with department manager and the hiring Team Leader.
• All interviews will be in person unless otherwise discussed with Manager and Team Leader as to the reason why the individual is unable to come in person.
• The building is secure so candidate will need to be on time so Manager can sign them in and take them to the interview room.
• Candidate will not be required to walk through, present portfolio or demo skills, but we will ask behavior & experience-based questions.
