Field Service Technician

Immediate need for a talented Field Service Technician. This is a 06 months contract to hire opportunity and at Orlando, FL (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour .  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Need a resource to perform Break & Fix work 
• Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)
• Technician will travel to each client’s location
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
• Works under general supervision
• There will be overtime Minimum
• After training is complete, candidate will be added to the on-call rotation 7x24 What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person?

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• HARDWARE BREAK FIX SKILLS, LARGE FORMAT PRINTER EXPERIENCE
• M/F 9-6 WITH SOME OT IF NEEDED, BUT WILL DEPEND ON WORKLOADS
• Will there be OC (on call)? YES
• Will there be shift differentials? NO
• How many overall years of experience should this person have? 3
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? NO
• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $19 - $ 22
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? 50 - 75
• What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? WITH IN THE ORLANDO PROPER
