- Design and architect scalable solutions for integrating RingCentral or Genesys into service cloud environments (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud).
- Service cloud .
- Integration with RingCentral or Genesys is a must .
- Proven experience as a Service Cloud Architect or similar role, with hands-on experience integrating RingCentral or Genesys into service cloud environments.
- Knowledge of telephony, VoIP, and contact center solutions.
