D365 CRM Developer
Immediate need for a talented D365 CRM Developer. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Redmond, WA(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $78 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Development
- Customize Dynamics 365 forms, entities, business processes, and workflows to meet organizational needs
- Develop plugins and custom workflow activities using C# and CRM SDK.
- Build RESTful web services and integrate third-party applications.
- Use tools like PowerFx, Plugin Registration Tool, XRM Toolbox, and Ribbon Workbench.
- Customer Service Capabilities
- Implement omnichannel support including live chat, email, and virtual agents.
- Configure agent interfaces (Unified Service Desk, Customer Service Hub) for tailored experiences
- Enable case management, scheduling, and escalation workflows.
- Embed Customer Service in Teams and Outlook for seamless communication.
- Marketing Integration
- Work with Customer Insights and Marketing modules to support outbound and real-time journeys
- Develop marketing automation flows using Power Automate and Customer Insights.
- Support campaign management, lead scoring, and customer segmentation.
- Data & Reporting
- Leverage Power BI and Customer Service Insights for dashboards and analytics.
- Migrate data using Azure Data Factory and Dataverse
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with security and governance standards.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Dynamics 365, Azure, CRM,C#
- Languages & Frameworks : C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL Server
- Platforms : Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Tools : Azure DevOps, Plugin Registration Tool, XRM Toolbox, Ribbon Workbench
- Certifications (often preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
- Power Platform Developer Associate
- Azure Fundamentals
