Technical Lead / HR Technical Director

Pay Range: $100 - $120/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

The work schedule is flexible.” - Lead HR Technology Workstream for Global Integration Project: Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of HR tech deliverables aligned with broader global integration efforts.
- Manage Workday RFP Process: Drive the end-to-end RFP lifecycle for Workday implementation, including vendor evaluation, stakeholder alignment, and selection criteria development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment of requirements, timelines, and integration touchpoints.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture business needs, process gaps, and future-state requirements for HR systems.
- Vendor Management & Evaluation: Coordinate demos and scorecards; manage communications with potential Workday implementation partners.
- Present complex technical and analytical solutions in a clear, accessible manner to stakeholders at all levels.
- Stay current on trends in HR technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous auditing and analysis
- Manage large-scale, global projects using standard project management methodologies
- Build collaborative relationships across geographies and functions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Workday Expertise (Configuration & Implementation)
- Vendor Management & RFP Leadership
- Project & Stakeholder Management
- 10+ years of experience in Workday running RFP for workday configuration or implementation globally.
- Experience with vendor evaluation and vendor selection.
- Expert-level proficiency in Workday across all major modules.
- Advanced project management skills and experience with change management methodologies.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of a global organization.
