Pay Range: $60 - $62/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Notes: standard 8am – 5pm (M-F)
- Client requires resources to support the Distribution Support Operations Team with Data Management and Data Linking services within Client Advanced Distribution Management System (EUADMS). Responsibilities include database and display updates, maintenance, and SCADA updates.
- Provide Data Maintenance, Display Maintenance, Network Model Maintenance, and Advanced Application Support for distribution and substation systems within EUADMS.
- Support EUADMS SCADA Database, display builds, and database linking during commissioning of distribution and substation automation devices
- Maintain and update the distribution system model as needed.
- Utilize a high level of competence in distribution and substation systems software applications and support.
- Demonstrate expertise in work management applications.
- Perform database and/or display updates for all SCADA and manually controlled devices in the distribution/substation model using preset templates.
- Ensure process support and meet qualification requirements (NERC, knowledge of specific programming IP, system security, documentation, and safety).
- Provide weekly reports to support business processes.
- Develop and modify DMS displays and databases.
- Maintain Recloser and substation equipment programs.
- Deliver analytical documentation with high-level analysis when requested.
- Participate in biweekly accountability meetings with CLIENT SPOC regarding deliverable status.
- Generate formatted reports detailing testing success and project status.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; SCADA
- ADMS
- Substations
- Utility/Energy
- 3-5+ years of experience in Manual System - ADMS.
- Strong IT background supporting utilities.
- SCADA application experience (3-5+ years).
- Substation experience (below 138kV) (3-5+ years).
- Distribution voltage experience (3-5+ years).
- Engineering background with SCADA and ADMS experience (3-5+ years).
- Real-time IT / Server configuration experience is considered relevant.
- PMs with substation experience will be considered (PMP not required).
- College degree required: Technical, Engineering, or a related concentration preferred.
