Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Onboarding Specialist responsibilities include ordering equipment, obtaining company badges, and securing emails addresses for contractors and employees.
  • Assist employers by performing secretarial and administrative tasks when necessary; Develop presentations and complete special projects as assigned
  • Work with confidential materials with minimal supervision
  • Perform other generic office activities. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, verbal and written skills, coordination and time management skills, friendly disposition, good telephone etiquette, ability to multi-task. 0 - 5 years of work experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with client programs and software
  • Proficiency in collaboration and the ability to work with all levels of management
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Proven work experience in an employee onboarding role
  • An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience performing administrative duties.
