Key Responsibilities and Requirements: 
  • Develop test strategies based on project scope and that are commensurate with the complexity and risk of the business initiative.
  • Define test framework plans including planning test cycles (UAT, Technical, Regression, etc.) and execution in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Demonstrated experience testing Healthcare applications (Claims, Enrollment/Billing)
  • Participate in requirements and design reviews to assure that the product under development meets requirements and can be effectively tested. Perform requirements reviews and traceability analyses to assess test coverage.
  • Identify and design tests requiring specialized testing requirements – performance, technical, automated.
  • Provide input to project budgets regarding planned test initiatives.
  • Provide technical support to QA and project test teams; conduct technical testing in support of business objectives where needed
  • Assess the viability of existing test data and environments; develop test data and environment plans associated with test initiatives.
  • Design and provide technical solutions for complex test data needs.
  • Collaborate with Business and IT Teams to design and implement re-usable solutions in order to provide robust test data and environments in support of various business systems.
  • Recommend and lead initiatives that will help mature the QA test program to improve team effectiveness and overall project quality.
  • Solid experience in designing QA Automation Architecture, QA Automation Framework, QA Performance Architecture and Test data management techniques. Experienced managing offshore testing teams.
  • Solid experience and understanding of Mainframe applications & architecture, architectural overviews, architectural diagrams, and should be able to figure out how much hardware/software needed in order to implement best testing strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in computer science
  • Demonstrated experience with project and system development lifecycle methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
