Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Supports the Release Train Engineer, Solution Leads and Experience Owners in coordinating, defining, and planning for a variety of the IT systems transitions as well as transformation solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in defining scope boundaries, defining epics, identifying dependencies, informing sequencing, engaging stakeholders, and driving well-informed decisions.
  • Works with the ART Experience Owners (EOs) and business Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to develop a solution-level backlog
  • Provide direct input into the roadmap and strategic direction for HI2 solution scope
  • Supports the process to prioritize and manage the flow of work to delivery teams, ensuring there is clarity on the what is required to achieve the business value
  • Works with Solution Architects and Engineering Leads to understand technology enabler scope
  • Works with Product management from all the respective delivery areas to define and communicate planned content for each release.
  • Ensures initiative scope is structured effectively and documented (for example as Program Epics) in an work product management system (Rally or Jira).
  • Leads/Facilitates workshops and use other techniques to identify and collect requirements from business SMEs and other stakeholders
  • Helps the Solution Train Engineer and impacted delivery teams to define and coordinate releases in alignment with the Solution Roadmap
  • Provide feedback and review (or write) requirements in the form of epics/objectives/capabilities and features, capturing business objectives, success/acceptance criteria
  • Provide guidance to teams to ensure alignment is maintained with defined scope and objectives
  • Active Contributor and Participant in Pre- and Post-Program Increment (PI) Planning, Solution Demos, and Inspects and Adapts (I&As)
  • Contributes to weekly Solution Synch meetings with supporting ARTs to ensure strategy, quality and timing remain aligned throughout the course of the Solution
  • Understand the budget and forecast for each release. Work in tandem with Program office to report on the financials and track estimates to actuals across each release.
  • Contributes to progress dashboard to distribute and communicate with both Business and IT stakeholders through the delivery of assigned Solutions
