Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Data Management Strategy & Governance assignments/projects.
  • Contributes to data governance and applies seasoned knowledge to ensure data quality.
  • Contributes to data oversight, data usage, system analysis and data retention to assure data quality standards.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure data consistency and quality throughout the organization.
  • Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.
  • Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.
  • Focuses on providing thought leadership within Data Management Strategy & Governance but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business.
  • Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.
  • Perform data modeling analyst and business analysis activities to accurately capture business capability requirements.
  • Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
  • Write functional and non-functional requirements, actively participate in system design reviews, reviewing test evidence, and participating in status meetings.
  • Reverse engineer existing reporting solutions in order to document technical requirements to support the migration of those tools to the new reporting platforms.
  • Conduct requirement traceability to ensure that major requirements are addressed and that solutions are incorporated into the business and system workflow.
  • Work to ensure that data being provided, delivered complex projects or report solutions and communicated frequently to customers and business stakeholders is accurate, timely, and meets/exceeds needs.
  • Work as Business Analyst to understand the customer's product-specific requirements and configuration and translate them to technical design specifications and data flow from which programs are developed and coded.
  • Code, test, debug, implement, and document programs or technical configuration.
  • Design and execute unit, system and integration test plans for new developments/releases/reports.
  • Maintain technical documentation based on standard operating procedures in support of the assigned application.
  • Coordinate with Scrum Master and Product Owner to ensure project deadlines are met.
