Key Responsibilities:
- This role leads medical record audits, reviews clinical documentation, and evaluates provider performance using HEDIS standards.
- The auditor reviews 50–100 records daily with high accuracy, requiring a clinical license (RN/LPN/LVN).
- Must haves: RN, Quality Improvement, HEDIS
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, related field or equivalent experience and requires an clinical license.
- Strong knowledge of HEDIS measures, quality processes, EMR systems, and excellent organizational and technical skills are essential.
- Note-Shift:08:00am/5:00pm AZ time, with 1 hour lunch, Mon – Fri.
- There may be instances of required OT when approved by management
