- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–6 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
- Proven experience designing for social media platforms, digital communities, or user engagement products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for social and interactive products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience with prototyping and usability testing tools.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills.
