Pay Range: $42 - $68/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Day Shift
• Schedule: Full-time
• Clinical Leadership: Provide continuous leadership at the point of care, focusing on communication, team building, staff engagement, and proactively addressing clinical and workflow issues.
• Care Environment Management: Analyze and optimize unit-level care processes using LEAN principles, evidence-based practice, quality improvement methodologies, and healthcare informatics.
• Clinical Outcomes Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks for high-risk patients, manage disease processes, and ensure accountability for meeting mandated quality, safety, and regulatory outcomes.
• Professional Development: Mentor and coach nursing staff, support shared governance, and serve as a role model for professional nursing practice and standards.
• Stewardship: Ensure appropriate utilization and delegation of nursing and clinical resources through audits, observation, and efficient management of materials.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
• Current CNL (Clinical Nurse Leader) certification (required)
• Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited CNL program
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience; progressive leadership involvement
• Education: Master's Degree in Nursing (MS, MSN, DNP) required. 
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school/university with a CNL program recognized by the AACN.
• Licensure/Certification:
• Current RN License in the State of Georgia or Multi-State Compact.
• Current CNL (Clinical Nurse Leader) certification from the Commission of Nurse Certification is required upon hire.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience with a similar patient population is required.
• Progressive experience in healthcare, including direct patient care, staff education, and involvement in problem-solving unit/organizational issues, is required.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and conflict resolution skills.
• Expertise in quality improvement, patient safety practices, and data-driven change implementation.
• Excellent diplomatic, tactful communication, and listening skills.
• Proficiency in using technology to support real-time education and care delivery.
• Constructive critical thinking with a positive attitude toward service improvement.
