Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams across research & clinical development
• Drive programs from non-clinical into clinical stages (IND → Phase I–III)
• Build & manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Run meetings, track action items, and ensure execution alignment
• Support governance reviews and clinical milestone readiness
• Coordinate across functions like Research, Biomarkers, Clinical, and Regulatory
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously with minimal oversight

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5–7+ years Project Management experience in Pharma/Biotech
• Strong exposure to clinical development lifecycle (IND to Phase I–III)
• Experience supporting clinical-stage programs (NOT just early research)
• Hands-on experience working with scientific / cross-functional teams
•  Ability to hit the ground running (minimal training)
• Oncology (strong preference), Inflammation, or Virology experience
• Biomarker exposure (especially Phase II–III)
• Understanding of PK, EC50, clinical data snapshots (LPLV)
• Experience managing end-to-end project ownership
• Bachelor’s + 7 years OR Master’s + 5 years
• PhD candidates welcome if they bring strong PM experience and can contribute immediately
