Customer Service Advocate
Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Advocate . This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in El Paso, TX(REMOTE). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $17 - $17.25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift:MST 7:30-4:00pm 30 min lunch.
- Typing speed: 40 wpm
- Preform outbound outreach to members for educational/ information calls.
- Calls are documented and placed on a spreadsheet.
- Team provides education and information to vendors.
- Log in and send an email that they are available have a list of members to outreach and get systems up and running and call and document outcomes.
- Monthly meetings for goals and metric and announcements
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Call Center experience.
- 40 WPM
- Excel Experience
- Data entry
- Bilingual
- Call Center 2+ years

- Time Management
- High school Diploma GED
