Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for evaluating model quality manually using large datasets, creating and recasting data, performing detailed data integrity checks, and consolidating your findings into clear analytical reports.
• You will use your native or bilingual proficiency in German and English to ensure accuracy in all language-related tasks, while applying strong analytical thinking and advanced Excel skills to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
• In this position, reliability, motivation, and attention to detail are essential, as you will handle confidential information with professionalism and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• language & Communication: Native/Bilingual proficiency in German and English (read, write, speak) is mandatory.
• Core Responsibilities: Perform manual model quality evaluations, perform data creation/recasting, run data integrity checks, and analyze/consolidate/report results.
• Skills & Traits Required: Must be highly analytical, reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with large datasets and MS Excel.
• Flexibility & Trainable Areas: Statistical analysis skills and data creation/recasting can be learned on the job; strong analytical thinking is more important.
