Pay Range: $50- $58 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
  
Key Responsibilities: -

• Rapid Prototyping and Hardware Development:
• Assemble and test initial circuit designs on breadboards for quick iteration and debugging.
• Translate validated designs into functional Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) through layout design and fabrication, followed by hands-on component assembly and soldering.Execute
• Rigorous Testing and Debugging:
• Conduct comprehensive functional, performance, and reliability testing on prototypes under various conditions.
• Systematically debug and resolve hardware and software issues, driving design revisions as necessary to achieve product specifications.
• Drive Iterative Design and Product Refinement: Champion an iterative development process, refining schematics, modifying component selections, and creating successive prototype generations based on testing outcomes and feedback until all product requirements are met.
• We are seeking an accomplished Developer and Electrical Engineer to join our R&D team and play a pivotal role in advancing our innovation pipeline.
• This position is designed for a highly skilled engineer who can bridge the gap between early-stage concepts and fully functional prototypes.
• Maintain Comprehensive Documentation:
• Create and maintain detailed records of design specifications, code, component choices, test results, and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge transfer and future product development.
• Manage Component Selection and Sourcing:
• Research, select, and specify electronic components based on performance, cost, availability, and reliability, coordinating with suppliers for prototype and production needs.
• Optimize Power and Thermal Management:
• Design for efficient power consumption and effective heat dissipation, critical for compact and high-performance electronic devices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; PCB design, 3D printing, C , Python, Electrical engineering
• Programming Tools: languages like C and Python, 3d Printing, PCB Design
• Circuit Design & Rapid Prototyping
