End User Support Technician

Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• The Technical support role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end user support within our organization. With a focus on providing exceptional technical assistance, the candidate will manage and resolve End user equipment-related issues efficiently.
• This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
• The position is based in the office, with no travel requirements, and operates during day shifts

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Desktop/Laptop/Mobile Device Support, iOS/Android,ITSM
• Strong understanding of desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to support users in office as well as Factory floor where applicable
• Client facing role - requires good communication skill and excellent Customer Support attitude.
• Manage inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
• Operation System: Windows/MacOS
• iOS/Android troubleshooting/support required
• ITSM Platform: Client
• Remote Troubleshooting: LogmeIn (GoTo); candidate can be trained
• Client Hardware Asset Management module; candidate can be trained
