Pay Range: $80 - $82/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Future State Op Model & Org Design
• Refine & align on financial models (Leads, Order Conversion, Self Service %, etc.)
• Define future state service model vision & goals
• Define future state org structure
• Design high level op model with interactions across teams
• Define future state roles and required skill sets
• Conduct current vs future state talent (gap) assessment
• Design physical org, incl. initial resource needs
• Resource transition & hiring plan
• Build & test job descriptions
• Close skill gaps (hire roles)
• Agent Perf. & Workforce Mgmt.
• Identify metrics for agent performance monitoring
• Identify metrics for workforce management
• Align on Technology Enhancements & Additions
• Design quality review processes
• Build incentive plans
• Design future skill-based competency development strategy
• Implement performance and workforce mgmt. changes
• Evaluate onshore / offshore model

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Delivery Project and Program Management experience within large medical device/Pharma companies.
• Med Tech exp experience including building org designs.
• Experience with DME (Durable Medical Equipment)
• Experience with Contact Center, CRM, Salesforce
• 10 years with direct experience
