Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care—assessment, triage, intervention, and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to critical situations and codes.
- Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with client standards.
- Minimum 2 years of recent, direct ED RN experience.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- PALS - Pediatric Adv Life Support or ARC-PALS - Amer Red Cross Pediatric Advanced Life Support or PALS-I - PALS - Instructor or PALS-P - PALS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days
- TNCC - Trauma Nurse Core Course or TNCC-P - Trauma Nurse Core Course - Provisional (18 Months) within 18 Months
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ARC-ALS - Amer Red Cross Advanced Life Support or ACLS-I - ACLS - Instructor or ACLS-P - ACLS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days.
