Customer Service Advocate
Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Advocate. This is a 03+months Contract to Hire opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Oklahoma(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Timing: Training: 8AM-4:30PM CST Monday – Friday (half hour break) - 4-week (nesting 2 weeks) – NO TIME OFF – CAMERAS ON (needs to be in professional setting and dressed appropriately for work)
- Serves as the first-line advocate that focuses on resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns for members and/or providers.
- Adhere to all key performance metrics and expectation set by direct leader, health plan, and client .
- Performance metrics – attendance, quality, CSAT & DSAT scores, Aftercall, hold time, average handle time, first call resolution. (Teams status should stay green)
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Healthcare call center experience 1 to 2 years
- Communication skills
- Time management and adaptability
- Education/Certification: High school Diploma
- 3 must-have hard skills stack-ranked by importance
- Customer service oriented / communication skills / time management and adaptability / decision making & problem-solving skills / empathy
- Multitasking using multiple systems – 3 monitors with 10 applications running at once / computer and technical proficiency
- Microsoft & teams
