Registered Nurse

Pay Range: $35 - $36/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Occupational Health programs
• Provide immediate medical care for regulatory compliance
• Support employee health promotion initiatives
• Provide medical care for ill or injured employees
• Medical Services Provided
• Vision testing
• Audiograms
• Hearing assessments
• Respiratory assessments
• Maintaining medical records and key health areas
• Collaboration & Communication-Coordinate with local clinics and external healthcare providers
• Maintain strong communication with supervisors and management
• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
• Shift Timings:-1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Schedule Pattern: 2-2-3 Schedule
• 2 days ON
• 2 days OFF
• 3 days ON
• Work Environment:-Drug delivery manufacturing facility
• 3 separate businesses operate on the campus
• Primary priority: Supporting manufacturing operations
• The role will be working independently (solo) on shift

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Required Qualifications (Must Have): Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) License – Required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Case Management experience
• Public Health knowledge
• Basic computer skills
• Occupational Health Nursing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Associate degree also acceptable.
