Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit existing talent management process documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current practices.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate content and incorporate best practices.
• Update supporting learning materials.
• Update training materials (presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, assessments) to reflect current practices.
• Design engaging, interactive learning activities that support defined objectives.
• Implement QA protocols to ensure process documentation and training materials meet Client Aerospace standards.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from SMEs to enhance effectiveness.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;3 years of experience in HR, Learning, Talent Management or a related field.
• Strong project management skills and communication skills.
• Broad knowledge and experience with Human Resources/Talent Management systems, competencies, and best practices.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
