Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:  

• Key skills; CJA , Adobe analytics ,Adobe Launch
• Data Analysis & Visualization – expert level
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Analytics/Adobe CJA dataset
• Story telling and attention to detail
• Preferred: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• Business Practitioner Professional Certification
• Years of experience required: A minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral analytics, specializing in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Experience with custom report/dashboard creation using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics workspaces.
• Deep understanding of digital analytics implementation requirements.
• Ability to critically evaluate designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and site performance.
• Proficiency in data visualization, demonstrating value without relying on traditional sales data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Disqualifier - no experience collaborating with web site decision-makers or designers
• Additional qualities to look for:
• Background in the health care industry
• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles
• Proficiency in designing wireframes or mockups using tools like Miro or Figma
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
