QA Automation Engineer

Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Seeking a QA Engineer to test middleware and backend services for Phone Intelligence Enhancement.
• The role focuses on web services, automation, and integration testing.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Selenium, Java, Coding, REST/SOAP API
• SOAP & REST web services testing
• Selenium automation (advanced scripting)
• XML & JSON validation
• Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, execution, and defect management
• Backend and integration testing (upstream/downstream systems)
• Ability to create positive, negative, and data-driven test cases
• SQL expertise (complex queries, schema understanding)
• CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins or Litmus)
• Git source control basics
• Hands-on automation beyond record/playback
• Experience with TOSCA or Selenium
• Coding experience (any language; Java, C#, or Python preferred)
• Strong API testing experience
• Agile testing experience
• JIRA and ALM for test management
• RPA exposure
• 5 years in application development or production support
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, UNIX/Windows
• Hands-on with Autosys, MQ, MuleSoft
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve production outages under SLA
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
