Pay Range: $ 64,000 - $ 65,000 per annum.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
  
Key Responsibilities: -

• Understanding of ITSM / ITIL process.
• Following Agile practices (stand-ups, demos, backlog grooming).
• Writing clear status updates and documentation.
• Participating in peer Implementation/configuration reviews and learning sessions.
• Working on day-to-day CTASKs & TRTs completion activities.
• Monitoring/Checking tickets in queue & take defined action.
• Understanding Windows or Linux with strong skills in the other platform.
• Knowledge of the entire technology stack: Compute, Storage, VMware, Networking, Database, Monitoring etc.
• Understanding of scripting background, ITIL Processes, ability to drive the project E2E with apt work pressure handling for deadlines, ability to co-ordinately work with different teams to complete the project.
• Configure, administer, and operate highly scalable, available, and elastic solutions that implement industry best practices using Microsoft Azure and other Cloud service providers.
• Basic scripting knowledge – PowerShell, Python. etc.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning operational Practices.
• Understanding on working on solutions ServiceNow, Solarwinds, Pure Storage, Commvault, MS SCOM, SPLUNK and many other related tools.
• Helping SMEs for design and develop professional–quality scripts and supporting documentation that deploys resource stacks in an automated repeatable fashion.
• Working in enterprise configuration for UNIX & Windows infrastructure operations.
• Managing and maintain the implementation to support customer activities.
• Analyze data collected by the enterprise platforms.
• Administer Cloud environment from the Azure command line and the Web portal
• Provide operating system server administration in a virtualized Cloud environment (Windows & Linux)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• About the training program: -The training program blends instructor-led sessions, self-paced learning, hands-on labs, and team-based projects, enabling you to learn job-ready skills in cloud, infrastructure, and security plus professional soft skills. 
• You will receive instruction, feedback, and coaching from dedicated instructors, mentors, and subject-matter experts.  
• The program is designed for recent Computer Science (or equivalent) graduates and follows a structured model: 
• Eligible candidates are sponsored and onboarded into the program. 
• Candidates undergo 12 weeks of full-time, onsite training. 
• Upon successful completion, candidates are screened and hired as full-time employees. 
• Training Program Structure: -Training Duration: 12 weeks (full-time, paid, onsite). 
• Post-Training Outcome: Full-time employment. (for selected candidates). 
• Full-Time Salary: $65,000 per year with opportunities for further advancement. 
• Key Skills; Relevant experience with Python Programming language.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent major), graduated December 2024 or later.
• Authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Able to commit to full-time, onsite training.
• Strong CS / IT fundamentals.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate near Englewood, CO.
