Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Manage critically ill patients and respond effectively to rapidly changing clinical conditions
• Administer medications and treatments safely, following proper protocols and sterile techniques
• Monitor patient progress and document care accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and recovery plans
• Adapt to different units and facilities, providing consistent, high-quality care
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, standards, and safety guidelines

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle complex and high-acuity patient cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability to work across multiple units and facilities
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or diploma from an accredited nursing program
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (compact or single state)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – required
• Minimum 2+ years of recent RN experience in a relevant clinical setting
• Language: Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
