Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). 

• Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver individualized patient care
• Provide patient- and family-centered care that respects cultural and population-specific needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient education
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative care environment
• Support performance improvement, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives
• Complete all required competency assessments, mandatory education, and population-specific training
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to nurses, staff, or students as needed
• Promote and participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement activities
• Support efficient use of human and material resources
• Assist with development and implementation of protocols and procedures to improve patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of patient care and team operations

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must Have Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (single-state or compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
• Comfortable using technology and basic computer systems to support clinical care
• Ability to respond to emergent situations in a calm, decisive, and professional manner
• Commitment to evidence-based nursing practice
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
