Pay Range: $60 - $61/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Quality Management: Oversee and manage the supplier quality assurance process, including audits, performance evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Quality Improvement: Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement plans to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure supplier compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies related to supplier quality.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of supplier files including performance, audits, onboarding, quality metrics, supplier changes, supplier corrective actions (SCARs) and ensuring accuracy and availability for internal and external reviews.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, procurement, incoming  inspection, and production teams to align supplier capabilities with company needs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Supplier Quality Engineering, Sheet metal parts or Fabrication and Plastic parts/MaterialBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Degree would be ideal
• Minimum of 5 Year experience working in an engineering environment, preferably a regulated environment
• Great communication skills
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Work, etc.) and working with databases
• Fast learner who’s able to solve problems quickly while continually improving and innovating
• Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
• Ability to travel up to 10% for supplier site visits
• Sheet metal parts design and fabrication process.
• Mold design for plastic parts and material experience
• Familiarity with PCB circuit boards
• Certified lead auditor for ISO 13485:201
