Pay Range: $18 - $22/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Computes, classifies, and records data relating to financial records or transactions.
• Performs any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties of financial data and records.
• Tasks include computing taxes and valuations, tracking price fluctuations, and verifying records of transactions and holdings.
• May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Call center, AutoDailer, Debt collection
• Ability to collect (3 years of experience)
• Ability to work on a computer
• Multitasking
• Autodialer
• Microsoft Excel, Word
• Ability to use chat and email
• Be on the phone for 8 hours straight.
• Ability to resolve debt
• Ability to sell
• Empathy
• Someone who is in the market to work from home for 2 years
