Pay Range: $44 - $48/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, safe, and evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients
• Perform assessments, create and evaluate care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Provide patient and family education with compassion and clarity
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for less-experienced nurses and support staff
• Actively engage in shared governance, research utilization, and process improvement initiatives
• Support efficient resource utilization and uphold patient safety and quality standards

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active RN License (GA or Compact State) – Required
• BLS & ACLS Certifications – American Heart Association
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience in an acute or critical care setting
• Strong critical thinking, leadership, and collaboration skills
