Pay Range: $48 - $50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct gap analysis, needs assessments, and resource planning to support project execution.
• Develop cost models and business case justifications for new initiatives.
• Oversee research efforts — market, operational, financial — to advise strategic direction.
• Work with engineering and product leads to guide system integration and data exchange solutions.
• Define and document interface requirements between systems

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data integration roles within healthcare, payer, or health IT
• Hands-on experience in supporting data exchange / integration workflows, claims processing, and remittance logic
• Proficiency in data validation, profiling, and transformation
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation (BRD/FRD), and user story creation
• Experience working with SQL or other query languages
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in business-friendly language
• Experience with agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
