Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Develop and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to support business needs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data analytics team members to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Clean Energy Solutions initiatives.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce features and processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features or improvements.
- Skills-Clean energy, sustainability, or utility sector projects, Salesforce Administration and Microsites
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, and AppExchange solutions.
- Familiarity with integration tools.
- Experience in developing Microsites in Salesforce, Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows.

- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, API); Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Clean Energy Solutions initiatives.
- Salesforce Certifications; Experience writing SOQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, and AppExchange solutions.
- Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting clean energy, sustainability, or utility sector projects.
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
- Note-Position Type: Hybrid- (Mon & Fri remote & Tues-Thurs Onsite)
