Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Exemplary Care: Perform the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Patient-Centered Approach: Deliver relationship-based care tailored to population-specific needs (age, gender, disease, cultural diversity).
• Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams through bedside shift reports, rounds, and patient education.
• Teamwork & Leadership: Support a respectful, inclusive environment, mentor new nurses, and participate in shared governance.
• Professional Growth: Complete ongoing competency assessments, mandatory education, and serve as a preceptor/mentor.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Promote nursing research, performance improvement, and adherence to clinical standards and safety goals.
• Resource Management: Plan patient care across the continuum, support protocol development, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Registered Nurse Acute Care (Med Surg)
• Min 1 year of experience as RN Med Surg
• RN license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification
• Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN (BSN preferred)
• New grads welcome; direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
