Pay Range: $57 - $80/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of HR systems from Workday to Oracle HCM, focusing on modules such as compensation, recruiting, performance management, and requisitions.
• Map critical data fields between platforms and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment with  standards and Sundyne’s operational needs.
• Serve as a backup for Sundyne’s benefits and payroll functions.
• Provide project management oversight, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system efficiency throughout the integration process.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Workday HCM Integration.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and data presentation.
• Oracle HCM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Management, or a related field; CCP certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in HR systems, with a strong background in compensation and benefits.
• Hands-on experience with Workday is required; Oracle HCM experience is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and data presentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and geographies.
