Pay Range: $35 - $58/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Partner with patients and families through bedside shift reports, teaching, and care planning.
• Perform the full nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, and inclusive care delivery.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, supporting the development of future nurses and fostering a healthy work environment.
• Actively participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Support best practice protocols, efficient use of resources, and shared governance initiatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-ACLS, BLS, Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program – Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (single-state or multi-state compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Required
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience – Required
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, team-oriented environments
• Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practice
