Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize UM workflows within Epic Tapestry.
• Configure Service Authorization components including:
• Referrals
• Auto Status Assignment (ASA) logic
• UM Profiles & Letters
• Referral Triggers
• Workqueues (WQ)
• SmartTools, LPPs, Extensions
• Support Import/Export configurations and FHIR integrations (FDI/AIF preferred).
• Lead testing (unit, regression, UAT) and troubleshoot build issues.
• Partner with operational and IT teams to align system configuration with payer rules and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years Epic experience
• Strong Tapestry UM build experience
• Service Authorization configuration expertise
• Deep knowledge of UM workflows and authorization logic
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Epic certification preferred but not required.
