Change Manager/ITSM

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the ITIL-based Change Management process across the organization
• Review, assess, and prioritize Requests for Change (RFCs) for completeness, risk, and impact
• Chair or coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and communication for all changes
• Monitor and report on change success rates, failed changes, and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Applications, Security, DevOps)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in ITSM processes
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
• Support release and deployment activities where required
• Maintain change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT Change Management / ITSM roles
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework (v3 or v4 preferred)
• Experience managing high-volume enterprise change environments
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
