Marketing & Communications Specialist
Immediate need for a talented Marketing & Communications Specialist. This is a 05 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $27 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Training: 8 AM – 5 PM PST
- Shift: 7 AM – 4 PM PST
- Candidates must be able to work PST hours.
- The temporary resources will collaborate with team members to support the execution of mailings through our print vendors.
- Participating in regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Gathering and developing requirements for new mailings.
- Reviewing and proofing member-facing materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Running reports and performing reconciliation to confirm mailings are sent correctly and on schedule.
- Assisting with project coordination and management tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Be a collaborative team player who contributes ideas and supports others.
- Communicate effectively via email, Microsoft Teams, and in virtual meetings.
- Show curiosity and initiative, with the ability to work independently once trained.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Marketing
- Healthcare
- Bachelors Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of marketing or communications experience. Print production experience. Data analysis.
- Software proficiency.
- Microsoft office (Teams, excel, word, adobe, outlook)
- Experience in print operations or document proofing/editing is helpful but not required.
- Project management experience or progress toward CAPM/PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Candidates must be able to clearly articulate their experience and goals during interviews and demonstrate professionalism in written communication. Resumes with frequent typos or unclear messaging are indicators of poor fit.
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Precision is critical when reviewing member-facing materials, reconciling reports, and coordinating mailings. A keen eye for accuracy ensures quality and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Familiarity with Excel for reporting and reconciliation, and Word for document review and editing, is essential for day-to-day tasks.
