Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Provide relationship-based care that considers cultural, age, and population-specific needs.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve care goals.
• Ensure safe and effective documentation, communication, and continuity of care.
• Serve as a mentor/preceptor and actively support professional development.
• Promote evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
• Utilize resources efficiently while maintaining compassionate, respectful care.

 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:   

• Key skills; Registered Nurse (RN) urgent care or acute care.
• Required: Experience providing direct patient care.
• Preferred: Specialty experience in urgent care or acute care.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies calmly.
• Excellent critical thinking, time management, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills to support clinical documentation and technology use.
