Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-“Data Governance”, Compliance, Laws
- 5 years of experience in:
- Data Governance
- Data Risk & Compliance
- Data Operations
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of data handling laws and compliance (e.g., data retention, access restrictions, data quality).
- Ability to translate legal/regulatory language into technical requirements.
- Experience working with engineering/development teams to implement governance controls.
- Understanding of concepts like metadata management, data labeling, data lineage, and data quality.
- Background in FinTech or Financial Services.
- Familiarity with automated compliance tools or data governance frameworks.
- Experience with data lake architectures.
- Certifications such as CIP / CIPP / CDMP are not required but may be considered a plus.
