BMS Coordinator

Pay Range: $48 - $50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate BMS integration projects within smart building environments.
• Oversee development teams and provide technical guidance on protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, and JSON.
• Utilize Tridium Niagara 4 middleware for system integration and data aggregation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Document all technical development work and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Integrate third-party APIs and manage data migration to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Support the development of software and network layers for building system communication.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Proven experience in Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Certified in Tridium Niagara 4.
• Strong understanding of networking principles and secure communication protocols (e.g., MQTT).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data lake migration.
• Familiarity with smart building frameworks such as BrickSchema, Project Haystack, and Google Digital Buildings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
• Prior experience working with a Master Systems Integrator (MSI).
• Experience in space analytics, energy monitoring systems, and smart booking systems.
• Knowledge of integration with safety, security, and AV systems
