Pay Range: $ 75,000 - $100,000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, Sign- on Bonus, Reallocation Bonus and paid sick leave (depending on work location)
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Time | Variable Shift
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of outpatient oncology practices onto client EMR platform
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Conduct workflow analysis and customize EMR configurations based on practice needs
- Train physicians, nurses, and staff on EMR usage and best practices
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for oncology workflows and EMR functionality
- Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support
- Coordinate timelines, track progress, and communicate updates with stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues during implementation to ensure successful adoption
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in medical oncology (outpatient/physician office preferred)
- Experience with oncology EMR systems such as Epic Beacon or similar
- Prior involvement in EMR implementations, onboarding, or “super user” roles
- Strong understanding of oncology workflows and clinical documentation\
- Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) / BSN / OCN
- Oncology Pharmacist
- Oncology Medical Scribe with EMR experience
- Candidates with training, onboarding, or project coordination experience
- EMR implementation & onboarding
- Clinical workflow optimization
- End-user training & support
- Project coordination & stakeholder management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- On-site role based at client Headquarters in Manhattan, New York
